NO REFUNDS ON REGISTRATIONS OR TICKET SALES
All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled completely and not rescheduled. If the event is rescheduled, your purchase will be transferred to the new date. If the new date is not viable for you, you must forward your original receipt with "CREDIT REQUEST" at the top of the body of the email, to us at email@example.com to receive credit towards any future event we host AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE THE NEWLY SCHEDULED DATE. If you fail to request credit for a future event at least 48 hours before the rescheduled date, you are assumed still registered for the event and will not receive a credit or refund of any kind. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS THE SERVICE/PROCESSING FEE EVER REFUNDED EVEN IF AN EVENT IS CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED.
All refunds/credits will be issued 5 to 10 business days after the show's anticipated completion date. If you open a dispute before allowing us to remedy the situation, you waive your right to any credit or refund.
